Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery
We ship cabinet hardware from our warehouse to anywhere in the contiguous United States.
Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more (after discounts, before tax).
- Flat rate of $9.95 on orders under $99.
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1 business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Transit Time
Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days depending on destination. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on order size and destination to get your hardware to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also view tracking from your account page.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please contact us at cs@knobs.co or 1-800-530-8245 within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We'll work with the carrier to make it right and send replacements or a refund as needed.
International, Alaska, and Hawaii
We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States only. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international inquiries, please email cs@knobs.co for a custom quote.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at cs@knobs.co. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we may not be able to redirect it.
